WHO WE ARE
The National Healthcare Network An Enterprise of Diabetic Association of Bangladesh, (former National Diagnostic Network (NDN)), having its Head Office at Commercial Plot No: 27-28, Main Road-1, Section: 6, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216 was established in June 1996 as a new project of the BADAS with the primary objective of providing quality diagnostic services throughout the country at a reasonable cost.
Subsequently, health-care component was incorporated to make it cost-effective and more comprehensive. At present NHN is one of the largest Healthcare network of the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh.
Currently, NHN with its 07 hospitals, 23 Medical Centers provides quality Medicare services to the doorsteps of people. A nursing institute called NHN Nursing Institute provides quality nurses to serve quality medical services.
OBJECTIVES
- To extend readily accessible indoor and outdoor facilities for diabetic and other common health problems.
- To provide quality diagnostic services with credibility and quality assurance at completive costs.
- To ensure personalized comfort and attentive care by well- trained healthcare personnel( doctors and other healthcare workers).

The mission of NHN is to expand its reach to cover as much of the Metropolitan Dhaka as possible also outside Dhaka without compromising the Quality of Service, Reliability and Affordable prices which establish NHN as a leader in the healthcare field.

To emerge as a “ Centre of Medical Excellence” providing both comprehensive healthcare and diagnostic services at affordable costs to the people at their doorsteps.

- Comprehensive healthcare for diabetic and non- diabetic with common health related problem at all outpatient clinics.
- Inpatient care in small hospitals providing education in self management skills for new and uncontrolled diabetic patients.
- Foot care Hospital for diabetics suffering from foot problems.
- Maternal and children hospital for mother and child.
- Pharmacy Chain for drugs, insulin and associated products at the inpatient and outpatient centres.
- To create skill manpower like nurse & medical technologists which are much needed for effective healthcare deliveries.
